App Iconography

Objective

As we were looking at launching a native app for Unibet, I was tasked to look at refreshing the iconography as apart of this project and make them look modern and fun. I had to consider legibility in various sizes, as well as colour stand-out against our brand colours. Being different from what you see currently on gaming sites but consistent in the look and feel was a key factor.

Solution

To keep all icons consistent in design, I first of all started off by creating guides and grids to help with production. My approach was to steer away from stock iconography and the only way I could do this is by spending that extra time in crafting and creating each and individual icon from scratch. I had built a suit of icons that worked very successfully and worked really well through all mediums, that it then was decided to be implemented on the Unibet website also.
