Esports

Objective

My objective was to communicate the energy and excitement that esports has through both OOH and digital comms and inform customers that they can bet on esports on the Unibet site. The challenge was to evolve the existing Unibet assets, and adapt their sportsbook visual identity to fit seamlessly within the unique world of esports. Staying true to the Unibet brand, while also resonating with esports players.

Solution

As esports is very unique, and their die-hard players/fans know the market inside out I had to research the market very thoroughly and create visuals that resonated with the individuals. I did this by creating a suit of patterns and capturing the moment the people love; the moment their team wins, that tense moment of the player, characters from their favourite games etc., signed off with the web link to drive customers to the site.
